How far ahead should you book?
The honest answer is earlier than you think, and here's exactly why. Permits, product and crew all need lead time, and the best dates go first.
The single most common question we get is some version of how late can I leave this. The real answer depends on the show, but the principle never changes: the earlier you book, the more we can do and the more relaxed the whole process is. Here is what actually needs the time.
Why lead time matters
Three things run on a clock. Permits and notifications need to be prepared and approved with the relevant authorities and your venue. Product has to be sourced, and larger or specific effects are not always sitting on a shelf. Crew has to be scheduled, and our operators can only be in one place per night. Give those three room and the show gets better, not just easier.
Peak dates fill first
Some nights are simply in demand. New Year's Eve, Diwali, national holidays and the heart of wedding season book out early, sometimes months ahead. If your date lands on one of these, treat it as first come first served. We would always rather tell you yes early than turn you away because the crew is already committed elsewhere.
Rough lead times
As a general guide, a few weeks is comfortable for a straightforward confetti or stage pyro moment, and more is better for a full aerial display or a drone show that needs airspace coordination. For peak dates, reach out as far ahead as you can. These are guidelines rather than hard rules, so the honest next step is always to just ask us about your specific date.
What if your date is close
Short notice is not automatically a no. Simpler indoor effects, confetti, stage pyro and haze can often come together quickly. Full aerial displays and large drone shows need more runway. If your date is close, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly what is still possible rather than leaving you guessing.
The booking process, step by step
It is simpler than most people expect. You send the date, venue and guest count. We come back with options at different levels. We agree the plan and handle the site survey, permits and paperwork. On the night, our certified crew rigs, fires and clears the site. You get the moment; we carry the logistics.
Ready when you are. Send us your date, or read drone show or fireworks if you are still choosing the effect.
